At ANAQA.co, we are dedicated to building trust and beautiful connections with all Muslimah who share the same vision as us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, in shaa Allah we will assist you with our straightforward exchange and returns policy.
We ensure that the correct items are shipped and meticulously inspect our products for quality before dispatch. However, if you need to process an exchange, we are here to make the process as easy and convenient as possible, ensuring you find the perfect outfit to meet your needs.

​Any exchanges are subjected to store approval and availability.

Exchanges Guidelines
If you receive a WRONG/DEFECT ITEM, please notify us immediately via email at farain.anaqa.co@gmail.com or through our Contact form (attached at the bottom of this page). Please be reminded to provide your receipt/invoice upon requesting for an exchange as it is subjected to inspection upon receipt/invoice. Please take note that this request will only be processed if the items are returned within 5 WORKING DAYS after receiving in GOOD CONDITION. Items must be UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, with all original tags and packaging intact (excluding parcel bag). Any items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration (including odors or stains) will be denied for exchange and returned to you.
Strictly No Exchange or Refund Under Any Other Circumstance Including:

SALE or CLEARANCE items

Incorrect sizing

Color dissatisfaction (note: screen colors may differ)

Change of mind

Customer negligence leading to item damage

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Courier mishaps after dispatch

For returns and exchanges, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Strictly NO refunds. Only exchanges accepted, subjected to approval & availability.

We reimburse normal postage for defective/wrong items and offer store discounts as compensation.
